Use Cost-Saving Features Like N-Up, Duplex, and Draft Printing

For example, your Xerox printer most likely supports “N-up” printing, which allows users to print multiple pages on the same sheet of paper. Yes, they’ll be smaller, but in many use cases this will be perfectly appropriate—such as reviewing a PowerPoint presentation, which most likely has large text anyway.

Finally, draft mode printing is a mode supported by most modern Xerox printers that allow you to save on both toner and potentially paper; this low-quality print mode wouldn’t be appropriate for documents you’re presenting to a client, but can be excellent for internal documents (hence draft). It’s also ideal for reviewing the content on hard copy, without needing to print all the formatting and graphics in a document.
