It’s easy. First, a printer administrator needs to install the app to the printer which they want guests or others to be able to access. Next, the person doing the printing simply emails their job to a predetermined address (print@PrintByXerox.com). If it’s their first time using the service, they’ll be sent a secure password.
Finally, the guest simply accesses the @PrintByXerox app on any ConnectKey enabled device and enters their email address and the password they were previously assigned. A list of their currently available jobs will appear—the documents they sent to the predetermined service email address—and one or more can be selected. Previously requested documents will still be available if they need to be printed again later.
